Hate my SS teacher

Im in 8th grade, and I really want to be in AP gov next year, because its the only AP you can take in 9th grade. So Ive been really nice to her, saying "hi" whenever i see her, and asking how she is and after a semester of sucking up to her, im not in AP gov. She wont recommend me. I have all the things needed (90.0+ average in SS, Good writing/thinking skills). Is it possible she wont recommend me(for the AP) because I have an absence record of 9 days?

I skipped a grade. I was at a disadvantage. I can adapt to a situation, which many kids can not. I do swimming and debate. Amazing at both. Harvard doesnt nearly give as much shit towards grades, as it does towards who you are and what you do.

My dad is top #3 in a company. Tuiton for anything is covered. Unless he says I have to pay for it.

All Blacks don't talk like that, and I get annoyed when they type/text/speak in that context. (Black-Asian currently speaking)

As for the AP course problem, have you tried walking up to her and directly asking if you can join her course?
