    I agree it's not the best pic, lol
    but it's the chili that causes the red colour and I can take an usual amount of chili because I looove it

    Effective weight loss tips and like to add, for weight loss break your meals in small frequent meals and prefer raw food over processed food. Drink more water than routine, have green tea and engage in regular workouts to lose weight by burning fat and boosting metabolism.
