Welcome! This is the Guide Creation Contest for Demo's 2012 Kickoff Tournament!

Explanation of the contest:
For the next day and a half, you as users will be required to create your own guides, in order to fill up the guides section, and overall promote some user activity. For anybody who is interested, the rules and etc will be following this paragraph. Best of luck to everybody, and I send you all my best regards in your efforts to win the prize! If you have any questions feel free to post in this thread!
Start & Finish times:
- Guide Creation
- Start: Midnight (EST) on Wednesday, January 11th, 2012
- End: 2:00 PM (EST) on Saturday, January 14th, 2012
Basic Rules:
1.)Submissions must be over 750 words, and must include pictures to help demonstrate and explain the topic you choose to write about.
2.)Any topic is viable: from Neopets, cheating, and gaming to real life subjects, if however your guide is not Neopets related, you can PM me the guide you have created or post it in the appropriate section for whatever you chose to write about. You can choose to make a guide about tying your shoes, hacking into the Pentagon, how to make a PB&J sandwich or simply how to beat a flash game. Anything goes!
3.) Upon posting your guide you MUST come back to THIS thread and post a link to your guide (Unless PM'd to me), failure to do so will result in you not being entered or eligible for the prizes.
How judging will take place/how to win:
-Aesthetics: How aesthetically pleasing the guide looks: this includes quality of pictures, layout, and general appearance.
-Legibility: How well the guide communicates to its target audience, how well it maintains coherency, and how well it keeps the attention of the reader.
-Usefulness: How the information presented in the guide helps develop an understanding of the topic discussed, and how much attention is give to important details.
- You will be judged by me, Joe, and most likely Ben. There is no sucking up, there are no bribes and there are no "favorites" if you do not win do not fret, as there are three more contests for you to partake in.
