Anyone ever used it before? From the seller's side, is it safer than Paypal and is it disputable?
Have a complete random asking to buy a SuAP, my gut's telling me not to go for it but still...
I've used it b4 works easy enough.. For some reason I never thought of using it for neo.... I have never heard I a way to dispute it but I could be wrong. It's how I pay my rent ad my landlord is a cheap ass so prob not a way to get it back lol
