How do I cancel Premium on a Frozen account?

My main account was frozen last month for ABing.

I just checked my bank account today and I was still charged the monthly payment for Premium.

Does anyone know? I've already sent in a ticket which they haven't responded to.

Cancelling Premium
If you would like to cancel premium there are a few options:

United States residents
Make a phone call to their toll free number, this is (877) NEOPIAN or (877) 636 7426.

Other users
Option 1: Call the international phone number: (1) 310.846.4873
Option 2: Contact Live Support help
Option 3: Send an email to techsupport@(you need an account to see links)mail.com. This option is not recommended, as cancelling your subscription will take much longer due to long response.


You need to have the following information ready:
- username of your account
- e-mail address
- phone number
- credit card number or Paypal Agreement Number


After you've cancelled premium you will stay a premium member until the period you paid for is over.

You can just call your bank and tell them to cancel the payment, since it's a recurring/suscription/service and not a purchase of goods.

I doesn't work with Frozen Accounts. I will call the bank as a last resort.

If you are paying by paypal, you can cancel all reoccuring payments from there.

Just to spite you, you still have to go to them and do the work yourself to cancel, if you want to keep your own money. Ridiculous.
