I mean I know people that have sent in like 10+ tickets because they get impatient.. anyways really long sob stories are fine from what I've seen as long as you keep it readable

I sent one in while crying when it first happened and just didn't feel like i put enough info about why I wanted them to review and consider unfreezing..

I just now entered my 2nd with a LOT more detail about Neopets and how my life has been WITH it, and how it would/will be WITHOUT it...and the fact that I've never ever cheated, and that I want them to look more closely and see that I was wiz feeding my kads. I only fed 30 kads in the past 3 weeks-- and we're talking non-stop, all-day trying to feed...following the stupid Games Board times and rf's...I even helped on the board, too.
