That's a good question. I know to buy stuff online you usually have to register the gift card online first. Maybe try that and see what happens. I'm sure there is something in Paypal FAQ or the gift card site. If you want, I can check PayPal FAQ.
I just tried, and the person said they received the money yes, you definitely have to register it first (: it has the site right on the card, thank you though!
Np Yeah, when you register it, it asks for your address and stuff like that so you can use it like a credit card online. Glad you got it to work
