Nope, legitimate only refers to Neopoints earned by methods in compliance with Neopets T&C. No cheating, botting, score sending etc and quite frankly, not have much use for clraik. Any one claiming to be selling several millions worth spends way to much of their life on Neo and would most likely be offended at a 2$/m offer.

What you will find around here is secured Neopoints, that being said, 80% of people still proceed to lie about for how long or even if it has been at all. Secured NP is 'safe' but it all depends on who your buying it froms interpretation of 'secured' is.

I'll be at your service but I doubt that it will be sucessful. The key is coming up with a plausible story and making yourself sound too dumb to have ever scammed anyone/ knowingly commit a Neo crime

Reason for freezing will make this one hard to get back, it 's usually only worth your time if it's for protection purposes.
