So I was in this accident with Charlotte in the car. This one was in October, not the really bad one, I was just bumped. We were sitting at a red light, waiting for the light to change when a lady who had been waiting (WAITING mind you) in the median suddenly turned left in front of another lady, hitting her and causing her to hit me. I never touched this first lady's car. Suddenly I get a letter from her insurance today claiming I am liable for all of her injuries under "Workman's Comp." also, this lady was NOT injured, she was checking her nails and her car until the ambulance showed up, then all of a sudden she was dying. Uh huh. Sure. So pissed right now.
