If you want quick anonymous browsing I suggest foxyproxy or Tor, or do you want to use Chrome specifically?

I need to play a game on someone else's account. I can try Foxyproxy but I usually use Chrome. Thanks!

From what I understand you want to use a SPECIFIC IP address to play some game. Is that correct? If the owner knows and is willing to help you out, then I suggest you look into setting up a private network on their compute (like TOR only with just that IP and you are the only one who can use it.) If they do not know and are not wiling then I don't think there is much for you to do.

Even when I do services for people, unless they give me a specific proxy they wish me to use, I simply find one as close to their location as I can. For added peace of mind, I also use the proxy while inside of a VPN. I've never had an account iced for anything IP related to the best of my knowledge, unless it was intentional on my part. Accessing a single account from a bunch of different IP's in a very short amount of time apparently sends up a big red flag to TNT.
