Are Premium accounts harder to secure/take over safely?

Like does TNT put more effort and actually investigate those accounts?

Depends on the account, items taken, how the account was compromised and the amount of money spent.

They certainly aren't quick to respond to tickets though, at least with a thousand dollars spent on NC and a year of premium.

I think TNT replies to them a lot faster so it can be tough.

My first time securing an active Premium account with a shitload of NC went extremely well. TNT didn't care about shit.

I probably just got lucky though.

TNT's laziness can be terrible or great depending on how you look at it, in the case of hacking accounts (for the most part) it's great!
