Yea you need to get the Library Files. Make sure you run as admin afterwards.
Personally if you want to make nps I suggest reselling (if you already have neopoints to invest) If not try buying an inactive account with neopoints already on it and use those nps
If you have a slow internet, you would use SS... If your internet is fast, is better that you use AB.
