Oh it's been a really long time before I had a nightmare... There were a few that made me wake up at night, but I fell back asleep like almost immediately. The last one that actually made me stay awake after I woke up was like... more than 3 years back?
Speaking of dreams I'm one of those people who most of the time remember their dreams the next morning. Sometimes WHILE DREAMING I feel that I've dreamt that dream before, like a few days ago, but I couldn't tell if I was dreaming the same dream twice in a night or really on 2 different days.
I have an obsession with zombies and horror movies so any "scary" dream is actually good dream for me. I try to think about zombies and shit before falling asleep so I could have a badass dream. The only nightmare I have is of my daughter's biological father coming back into the picture or myself dying and then him gaining custody of her. I stress it a lot so sadly I have the same dreams with him in it. Usually a few times a week.
OOOOAAARRGGHH!!

Depends on the definition of nightmare
Something that scares me shitless and wakes me up in a cold sweat? Maybe 2-3 times a year
Simply a negative dream where bad stuff happens to me? Probably about once a week
Some weeks I have them almost every night but Sometimes Ill go a month or two without having even one.... I guess Its kinda random... I might also have some thing to do with some thing you have thought about or subconciesly saw.
i used to have night terrors, ive punched people sleeping with me and holes in the wall. best thing ive found is to drink a cup of herbal(peppermint or mint based with jasmin) tea and take a melatonin pill about 30 mins before bed. dont ever take ambien. got prescribed it once, my exgf found me about 400 yards from the house sleeping in a pile of leaves with an axe first time i took it.
