Even though I was supposed to send back my broken Kindle in May (I'm extremely forgetful), they still accepted it back and refunded me for that and the postage. <3 they were so polite and nice about it too. I feel happy today

They did charge you after the 30 days, right? Then refunded it months later?
OOOOAAARRGGHH!!
Wow, that's a really long gap. I'm surprised they accepted it back LOL.
I bet they'd rather keep your business than make you leave their service forever--they'll make more money off of you in the long run that way.
Yeah xD I was in Florida for 21 of those 30 days and preparing before that, and by the time I got home, I'd forgotten all about the old one x__x
Me too! I was expecting them to say that a 7 month gap is pretty ridiculous xD
I do buy an awful lot from amazon though, so yeah
Maybe they thought I was an old lady with a terrible memory and took pity on me :x
LOL. That is very likely.
But I'm sure that your buying history definitely has something to do with it! I love amazon, you can buy virtually anything.
