There's an app in the Apple AppStore that lets you put any face of someone from a picture on to the Psy dancer guy, and it does the gangnam style dance....BUT for the music, each time you play it, it plays the actual video so it adds views that way. This entire thing is sort of rigged if you ask me. I'm sure they did something in Korea to help kickstart the fame of it all.
