@(you need an account to see links), I legitimately have been drunk like 2-3 times in my entire life so from experience I couldn't tell you. That advice comes from nursing school lol. Supposedly water will irritate your stomach, especially if you've already thrown up, triggering you the throw up more.

I don't like gatorade, it's far too sugary. :c I don't like sports drinks/energy drinks/sodas in general though. Plain old water and tea is good for me!

    Propel is good too dear
And yes I was in nursing school. Then I decided I'm not really an order taking kind of person and I kept flunking tests because I picked the "docto's response" that was "out of my scope of practice" so....ON TO MED SCHOOL FOR ME

I can definitely see that. If I'm incredibly sick I don't even want to move, for fear of it making my stomach turn and chugging water when it's that bad would definitely make me throw up. But I was just talking about a normal hangover when you're still drunk but not THAT sick. Chugging water and going back to bed works great for that, but if you're already sick to the point of wanting to puke, good luck with that one. You might as well puke or be miserable all day and half the night.

@(you need an account to see links) good point ^_^
Like I said, zero experience pretty much on this whole drunken issue
If you have already thrown up, take about a tablespoon of water, wait 15 minutes to see if you can hold it down, then repeat.

Same thing goes for sick children actually! But it's a teaspoon for them.

@(you need an account to see links): I was just thinking that LOLOL.

@(you need an account to see links): Ohhh, so you didn't like nursing school? I'm still doing my prereqs but I'm at a nursing university already. I start core next June. I'm still considering going on to do my Masters though, I'm not sure if I'm going to yet I'm just debating about it.

@(you need an account to see links), not at all. I completed level 2/4 so techincally I could get my LPN license if I wanted. But I really hated being so subservient. It was terrible to me :/

Well I hear that the nursing teachers make you their bitch in nursing school pretty much. It's a pecking order kind of thing. I don't think it will be that bad once I get on my feet and become able to handle myself in the field though.
