I live in Northern Virginia, and I would have to say that I do like Maryland more . Around Baltimore, Towson and Annapolis, and for Virginia I like the area just outside to DC commute area, so Purcellville and Lovettsville; Leesburg has a pretty downtown area, but a lot of shoddily built houses crammed around each other, and that gets much worse in Fairfax-Herndon area.
If you do like the city, though, Reston is nice, and in DC itself Capitol Hill is developing nicely . Closer to Baltimore, there's Ellicott city and Gaithersburg, but I haven't been around there a ton .
I used to live in Alexandria in VA and loved it growing up, but I was one to always get in trouble. Now that i am more mature and have a wife and son it is a different story. Well I got a job working in Linthicum if you know where that is Reese.
Yeah, I am happy to be moving out of TN though that is for sure, and to be out of the Army finally. I loved it don't get me wrong, but now I can focus all my attention on computers and not radios and satellites as well.
My cousins live around Germantown and I spent my last summer there. I like that area but I didn't really travel much to other places except when I went to work. I did go on one hiking trip to Sugarloaf Mountain, I think it was called.
