Well, even with that, Mikey got charged back two weeks ago and still didn't know who the member was that charged him back. I only saw last night when he bought something from me, I didn't even send him what he bought from me, I held his payment and sent him a PM questioning him and that's when he intiated the chargebacks, but I got all the money back by calling paypal. If you didn't get yours back, you should call them and have them "look into it", maybe they'll notice that they just marked this guy as a scammer.
I had never traded with him but had heard of the email before. I'm sure someone was just giving me a heads up. TBH I'm suprised he's managed to initiate so many charge backs and PayPal still have not restricted his account.
On a slightly more optimistic note. I received a charge back reimbursement the other night for a charge back I had lost back in September. I'm not sure what new evidence came to light but it was a lovely surprise. I guess hopes not all lost and PayPal are not as hopeless in defending sellers as initially thought.
Well, I sold stuff, so he got the items, I got the money back, but last night he paid me for a pet and chargedback before I delivered, so he didn't get that pet lol. I also stated that anyone else in the last few weeks that got chargedback should be reinstated, that's why I'm waiting to hear from Mikey if he got his money back.
Nice one, I'm surprised they dealt with it so swiftly. I'm sure they must of noticed the frequent charge backs which should help in everyone's favour. I think I might go down that route next time I get a charge back.

Say that you found out that this guy was a notorious chargeback thief and you would like it looked into, as you heard others were chargedback and reprieved today.
Yeah. If they got their money back, I don't see why you wouldn't. Either provide all the info all over again or add this additional info to what you already have
