I think it is pretty cool. My 14 month old niece pretends to breastfeed her dolls (she was breastfed herself). So really, it is just a toy marketed to kids who haven't only seen bottles fed to babies.
I think it's kinda weird to teach them that you breastfeed like that when they're so young. Like, I'd feel weird if my kid had such a doll in kindergarten or whatever
If I had a daughter I wouldn't buy this for her. Let kids be what they are - kids. I'd rather give my daughter a proper education about motherhood when she's pregnant and then buy a breastfeeding doll for her if she feels that books and/or my personal experience isn't enough for her.
