    How long does TNT take to respond to tickets?

    Just wanted to know how long it takes them to respond to accounts that were frozen for owner protection.

    Well the account John and I accessed was returned within a day. But TNT is also known for their varying response times, so it could take a few months

    Depends on who it is. Seriously.

    The people who get their accounts back quickly are usually the ones in TNTs favour... for reasons unknown. *whistles* At least from what I've noticed.

    I'm just curious, but were the replies "no"? I once sent in a ticket asking for a pin to some inactive account and I got a reply in about two days saying that they would not release a pin to an email address never associated with the account.

    I heard that they are more likely to help a premium member. I don't know if that means you should get premium on a side and send in a ticket or something? I'm not exactly sure :/
