I'm really in two minds about seeing Aladdin so I'm glad people here enjoyed it. I liked the Beauty and the Beast live action and the animated one for me is a masterpiece so I was surprised there. I think I will have to give it a go.
I saw the new Godzilla movie recently. I'm not an enormous Godzilla fan, but I'm always up for some monster VS. monster action, and boy, the movie sure did deliver! The plot was quite silly at times, but I don't think that's what most people are looking for when they see movies like this.
How to Train your Dragon 3 (hidden world). What it lacks in a bit of depth (mostly because it is actually a film for children primarily) - it makes up for in art and the sparking curiosity and wonder.
Popping in to say I saw Booksmart over the weekend and enjoyed it. Parts of it were over the top and ridiculous and sometimes I felt like it was trying to be a modern take on 80s movies, but overall, I really liked it.
Combines the concept behind the Cube and Saw movies, but without much gore. Watchable if not ground breaking. Could have done without the last 5 mins or so completely exposing the organisation behind the "games" and their processes.
Went to watch Men in Black: International. I don’t think the movie is as bad as the reviews said. The plot may not be the best but it is some how funny at some moments.
