In my experience, you'll be pretty lucky to not be banned. It does happen though.

The max score currently is 4,414. IF 3300 is an acceptable divison (I don't remember the point scale on Faerie Racers) and IF you sent it in a legitimate amount of time it MIGHT be alright. If not, you'll be frozen.

Nah, not email. But on your IP quite possibly.
If you're really worried you can self-ice right now and lessen the potential damage.
