If the file you are after is claimed to be a hack or bot or points generator or such, I am 99.9999% sure that the site is meant to scam you out of your cellphone credit by applying a subscription you cannot cancel. People usually have great difficulty canceling it even if they ask the phone company to detect the scammer. those smartass got their ass hidden pretty well. and the phone company cannot even cancel the subscription! (thats what i heard, pretty lame eh)
even if the file offered is only audio or video file, once you send something to "the number" you can say hi to invincible credit muncher.
