K, so whenever i want to download a file or some other shit from youtube. This stupid thing ALWAYS SHOWS UP. DAMN SURVEYS!!!

In order to get past the page, i have to do one of the five offers. I do not want to give my mobile number or anything. Cause I do not trust it

Is there anyway I can get past this, or do something in order to get past that page WITHOUT filling out the offers?
