    Paypal Issue?

Okay so I decided to open up a Paypal account for the first time almost a year ago and when I came here I saw everyone only accepted paypal gift services or along that sort. Now when I logged back onto my paypal account to check it out, I see that I have to give my social or address and etc. Well call me skeptic but I don't trust companies with my personal information and that includes my bills. Now I've been trying for weeks (literally a week and 4 days to be exact) to close the account and it is telling me that I have to provide all this so that I can get verified and then will they allow me to close my account. Is there something that I can do (perhaps send an email, ticket or the sort) to Paypal for them to force close the account?

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys!

@(you need an account to see links), I can't offer much advice with your problem but I can recommend that most sellers on-site also accept Greendot Moneypaks or Western Union as alternative payment options

@(you need an account to see links) Would the money-packs have to be through paypal though? I heard that's the only way that some people would take them. Thanks though (:

I keep all my banking and PayPal in Hong Kong, it keeps me relatively safe of that US Government thing that seems to want to control everything in the world from other countries to how much tax is paid on each speck sprinkle on my birthday cake, and even these last 50 years trying to force Christianism on the population, though it was against the principals of the founders.

So, I'd recommend getting such things to a safer country.

Okay I might not agree with what you said but I don't see how that's relevant to the question that I asked.

Sorry I haven't been on! Most often you just give the Moneypak code off the back to the seller and the person adds it to their own account. This prevents chargebacks

I didn't know that but that would be much easier. Thank you ma'am (:
