Well daily exercise is very important, for your health.Daily exercise, also enhances your
thinking processes.Some people say that you can achieve, a general diminution in your
stress level by taking daily exercise.When you exercise, regularly you are more likely
to loose weight.
I safely and successfully ran every single day for over 2 1/2 years. I had 0 problems with injury and soreness and made me a much better runner and probably person. These weren't easy 20-30 mile weeks either a lot were over 70 miles with speedwork and races. I improved my mile time from 5:55 to 5:18 and my 3 mile time from 22:xx to 19:00.
Everyone has his own choice,idea and interest regarding do exercise.I believe do exercise five days a week,it is not compulsory to do exercise on each every day.Just make sure you do at least five days a week,and do with proper motivation,determination and plan.Now days it is quite necessary for us to do exercise for our fitness and health.(you need an account to see links)
