    Help with a calculus problem :D

    y = ln[(e^−x) + (xe^−x)] <--- find y prime

    Yurp that's it. Will +rep if the answer is correct (I can check it since the HW is online, it will tell me whether or not I get it right, I have 5 tries).

    Appreciate it ^.^

    y'={-x}/{1+x} MATH IS EXTREMELY RUSTY!! But since you have 5 tries, try that lol.

    You can also try inputting problems like this into http://wolframalpha.com. Your problem, for instance, could be put in as d/dx ln[(e^−x) + (x*e^−x)] (same as finding y'). It'll show you step-by-step solutions.
