Why is it so hard to create one neopets account quickly?

I believe its something wrong with your proxy. Sometimes I get an error when making accounts, get a new proxy and it works. If the account doesn't matter just go get an elite proxy from proxy-list.org. You take the chance of someone ABing or SSing on the same proxy and getting your account caught up when they chain ice them, but that probably wont happen.

Yeah, I guess HSS has that problem. But if there's one thing I hate, it's having to set up proxies. Searching for a working proxy is really, really, annoying. I'd go so far as to say I'm allergic.

I have more trouble trying to create 1 yahoo account daily.

I got mass banned and lost many yahoo accounts a few months back =[
