Unless those green beans come with a side of proteins, proper fats, proper dairy, healthy carbs, a lot of water and a large dose of exercise you are wasting your time.
Has anyone tried it? I'm so curious about trying it, to be honest. I just wanna know if it'd be a waste of my time or not.
I heard about it through one of my old friends and she was interested in trying it as well, just wondering if anyone actually did it and for how long?
