    Arrow Help regarding correct, but incorrect passwords.

    Basically, I retrieved the US/PW about four months ago to an account. The account is currently only Last Seen : 335 Days Ago, so I know no one has logged in, but when I enter in the password it tells me it's incorrect and also the account is not attached to my email anymore, at least I think as it won't send emails to it. I know 100% that it is, or was the right password, as I still have the email from Neopets four months ago.

    I don't believe it's purged, because it's not telling me the account is banned and it hasn't even been over a year since the account has been accessed.

    Anyone else experiencing this, and any solution to this?
    It's not just one or two, I have quite a few accounts facing this problem.(you need an account to see links)

    I had the same thing happening to me.
    My understanding was that the account was in line to be purged soon and that it won't let you log in.
    I submitted a ticket for one account that I had this problem with, waiting to hear what they have to say.
    I heard somebody else already got a reply to something similar and TNT said there is nothing they can do for them.
    Kinda sucks!

    No, this is completely different. As correctly responded on the other forum, many, many accounts were "glitched" where a random string of three letters was injected into both the password and the email. All he has to do is ticket with the original email and password and he'll get it back.

    It's strange that it has only happened to accounts that haven't been logged into in awhile, not with active/semi-active accounts that I have used.
    I'll have to try that as well then and see what they say.
    Is there a particular category that you would need to file it under?

    Just like, Need info, password or something like that. I've noticed that it happened mostly to accounts that were 20-364 days old. It rarely happened to the long long ago ones, and I didn't see any daily actives that it happened to.

    Tbqh I think it's really just super random. I had that string glitch hit my personal main that I use daily lmao. Talk about bad luck. But if you send in the ticket under bug reports they get it pretty fast. (I also sent it over the weekend lol stupid me <_<)

    Happened to a few of my accounts. I thought it was because of the fact that it was an inactive and they just reversed it to how it looked before I had access to it

    Might be that random glitch/bug/shit that adds a bunch of random numbers and alphabets to the end of the PW and Email

    It happened to my main, send in a ticket saying your account was glitched and they will give it back with in 4 hours on a weekday or ou may have to wait until Tuesday.

    That happen with my main, i send a ticket to TNT and they explain me that my account was affected by a glitch that add some random numbers to the password and they fix it.
