Happy Birthday! You have to be 18 to get a tattoo? My brother got his at 16... You just need parental consent

In New York you have to be 18, parental consent doesn't mean shit otherwise I would of had it done years ago. I'm getting "personality" in a month.

I have a pair of lips tattooed my right butt cheek. It barely hurt because it is one of the least sensitive areas for a tattoo (thank god for all that extra fat right? lol).
I also chose that location because alot of tattoos don't look after 20 some years once your skin gets wrinkly and saggy. If i play my cards right, hopefully that won't happen to mine.
