I have a friend who has recently gotten back into neo because I talk about it.
She knows the password and username for her old account, and I can view the account with no issues. It doesn't say "account is disabled" or anything of the sort. I can click and look through all her pets and shop etc.
However, when she goes to log on it says account frozen for "account banned." I assume this means it's purge listed, but why does it now show up as frozen?
Also, I assume there's no point in trying to get it back at this point?
