    Looking for people experienced with tickets to answer some questions...

    I thought I was being careful blah blah blah always used proxies etc. But over a month ago my main was frozen... for suspicious activity. I never really did anything on it besides a couple of AOB, transferring paint brushes too I guess. I submitted a ticket and have yet to hear back from them. Now, how do you check on this ticket? How can you contact them again?

    Steps I do:
    1. Go to http://www.neopets.com/help.phtml
    2. Click on "My Support" tab
    3. Briefly see a login page for something
    4. The page redirects me back to the main help page.

    I can't get anywhere!
    When I click the confirmation # sent via email it also tells me that the session has expired... and I don't know what to do with the confirmation number anyways lol. Help appreciated, will +rep for good replies!

    I just got iced for ABing unfortunately D:

    They take a while to respond.
    I got super lucky and had a ticket from a month ago that was answered so I just emailed the guy who helped me then, and he replied literally within 24 hrs! So I think it'll take a little while.. Average time I heard was 4-7 weeks.

    There's not much you can do besides wait unfortunately! Or if you have an old ticket that tnt responded to already, try and reply to that same mail again and I think they'll reply quick.

    So an INDIVIDUAL will/might reply to the message I sent out, and this person has their own email?
    What is talking to one of them like?

    Yes, an individual staff member will reply to your ticket, and either request more information if they need it, or with an explanation of why they cannot give your account back to you.

    From there you can directly reply to them giving them the info or explain further why you think you should get your account back.
