So I found an account on Neo that I really want to get into. I have the password and username, obviously.

But, it hasn't been on in a long, long time so there is a birthday to get into. I used the Birthday Cracker and it told me that the account is banned.

When I went onto Neo and signed in, normally when an account is banned it will tell you without the birthday, right?

I can go onto the profile and see everything it has, and when I just put in the username and password onto neopets it asks for the birthday.


Can anyone tell me what's going on and is there a possibility that I can get onto this account?
