Is neopets retardedly slow for anyone else?

This is really annoying. My page loads have been at ~2 seconds lately, which inhibits almost every single money making activity.

Anyone else have this problem, connection degradation over time due to something or other?

I know, I used to have to put in a minimum of a 3000 MS delay in order to get my restocking times over 4.2 for maximum safety. We're looking at 8 second failure to buys right now, at best.
