    From my knowledge it is not possible. The reason being is because money pack is essentially a direct deposit card. There is no way to "randomly guess" money pak numbers, and even if you could, there would be no way to identify what money pak cards actually had money in them. If there actually were an incident where thousands of people lost money, it may be reviewed by paypal, but without acoincidence like that there's close to none.

    I would say it's pretty much as liquid as cash. If you lose 300$, you can't really report to the police you lost 300$

    No, you can't be chargebacked .
    You must be 18+ to use it, and you have to provide your SSN, so if you're worried about your paypal being banned I would be wary @(you need an account to see links)

    I've only seen one attempt at a scam with moneypak.

    He gave the guy the code and then reported it lost/stolen like 4 days later.

    I'm fairly sure paypal just said "tough luck" though.
