putting this in spam because i don't want to get in trouble for it but i really need to get it off my chest.
i'd just like to put out a PSA on common courtesy, because i've been seeing it be ignored a lot and it's really irritating.
if someone sends you a pm, respond to them. it doesn't matter if you're not interested, if you no longer have the item, or even if you just don't like the person.
just because i'm a newbie in rank doesn't mean i don't have money to buy things from you, or i don't know how to haggle, or know how the site works, or any of the possible conspiracies you'd come up with. i've had three instances when i've been extremely interested and ready to buy, cash in hand, from someone only to have my PMs ignored for one reason or another.
someone asks you if you have an item for sale, and you don't.
'i don't have that anymore, i'm sorry'
'i'm sorry'
'so-and-so has some for sale'
see how easy that is?
someone pm's you looking to trade or buy, but they're a newbie and you don't deal with newbies.
'i'm sorry, your status is a little too new for me, i don't trade with people anyone below XXXX rating. try so-and-so'
'no thank you'
'build up your account a little more and i can help you out'
that's not hard at all

they're short and curt, but they're a response nonetheless.
the only person you're hurting from not answering pms is yourselves, people. every pm not replied to could be anywhere from a 1 - 300 dollar profit gone because they spent their money elsewhere.
just some food for thought. i'm sorry if this comes off as dickish but i'm tired of people ignoring me because of my status or whatever else they come up with.
