I'd say it's very easy to make NPs once you HAVE NPs. Buying and reselling expensive items can make you an absolute killing. I currently buy and resell ALL of a certain R98 item. It makes me an easy 3-4 million profit a sale typically Although neopets does advertise this as being illegal so I spread the trades out across different shells
