I was recently frozen for attempting to scam others out of items or neopoints.
I never bought items/neopoints on that account, but I did transfer some NPS I got from a hash list (transferred the NPS from a main to a shell to my now frozen account). The NPS were inactive.
I used a proxy for sending the NPS to the shell, but not from the shell to the frozen account.
