It really just depends on how busy they are I think. I have submitted tickets and gotten a response within a week. Other times it took months. Sometimes I NEVER received a response even after multiple tickets were sent.

Put the subject as "scammed" haha

Yeah Tony is really fast, I think he tries to response to tickets before 5 but yeah he is really fast.
