So as many of you know last weekend my computer had an unfortunate liquid run in. Today it went to the apple store where they found the liquid corroding the battery as well as a few other parts. They said they need to send it out to some repair experts and it will cost a total of 755 dollars before tax. The computer is two yearss old and I have not decided if it is worth the money. Any ideas on what to do about this? I need a mac for school.

I bet you could take it to somebody local and they could fix it for a hell of a lot cheaper.

Lol I told you already, just buy a used one or spend a little extra and buy a new one.

I'd never pay $750 to let someone repair my computer, that's just ridiculous. O.o Go for a new or a used one.
