    PayPal Question

okay, so pretty much I already have a Paypal, but it's linked to my mom's credit card, and all those things.. Am I able to create a new paypal, and if so do I need a credit card? If I do create a new one, how do I transfer the money from the paypl into actual USD?

You link the paypal to your bank account so money goes in and out of your bank account and paypal account

Or a credit card, which is pretty much the same.
You might be able to have a PP account without linking to either, as I do.
But that means you can't transfer your PP funds into real life
