Anyone had any experience with getting pins via tickets?

I don't have email access atm, is that essential? If so, I can get email access but I need to wait before I can register the email.

Having email access is like almost 100% chance of getting the pin.. without email access almost 0% :/

If you have the email, you can get the pin…then you don't have to risk asking tnt.
