You could just explain nicely to your neighbours that you're having trouble accessing the internet and have some important things to do, and ask if they'd be willing to share their internet connection with you for a while -- my neighbours let me use theirs when I had university coursework to do
It's much better than flat out trying to use their connection without their permission. It keeps everyone happy if everyone is in the know x)

If you have a live cable connection in your building (Services such as Cogeco in Ontario offer this) then you can just buy a cable modem and use other peoples connection. It shows you as the person you are stealing from and is extremely fast.My friends do this. Untraceable pretty much!

You can always ditch your cable and watch your shows over the internet if unlimited bandwidth then you will get screwed if it is not.
Yeah I know it's not a lot of money guys, I think the biggest problem right now is I don't have a secure job. I think once that issue is fixed we can afford internet. Were not gonna even have cable/phone. My gf has a phone but it's cause her dad pays for it. I'll have to suck it up until then
