I don't think I could take a boring job. I'd probably have quit this job if it wasn't for the people I work with.
Good thing we do it at night when we are closed, otherwise we would be offending ALL the guests with our language, jokes, etc etc lol

How is the pay?

With such a high security job, i'm pretty sure they have incentives so you won't run off with the money xP.

Well... for one, jail time.
That is a pretty big incentive right there.
Actually, that's the only one I really need right now.
But really, the first time I was back in that count room and saw those stacks of money... holy shit.
I'd be lying if I said the thought didn't pop into my head @_@

The pay is decent, my paychecks usually come out to around $800-1000 a week right now.
Kinda dumb considering that people doing what I do make about double, some even higher at other casinos.
Plus, we don't get a shift differential, which is bullshit, considering we start anywhere from 1:30 to 3:30AM everyday.

There is talk to just have everyone call out one day, or a few days and see how they take that.
We actually had the department manager come up and talk to us one day. He ended up saying something along the lines of:
"You are all valuable and we love you... but you have to remember.. you are all also replaceable"
I wanted to ask if we were all replaceable at the same time... but I bit my tongue since I was still relatively new at the time lol
It gets ridiculous at times.

Yeah I can't stand that.
Especially since I work overnight... if I'm not moving and keeping busy, I'll just fall right asleep.
It's just expected that everyone complains how tired we all are all the time lol
