This is great for people who exercise at home as you can select what equipment you have (for e.g I only have dumbells and no bench as of yet). Then you can select witch body part you want to train e.g traps , or chest and the site will show a list of exercises you can do with the equipment you have along with instructional videos!
Just thought I would share I found it usefull.
