    Ouch

    Just got my main iced and lost 120m! :o

    Not quite sure where I went wrong, iced for using a "cheat" or downloadable program.

    Only thing I used was Attic Buyer, but not on my main and always used elite proxies/tor - never actually transferred anything to my main so there must be a whole in my cover somewhere

    Nevermind, hopefully I can figure out where I let myself down

    Think I'm going to take a hiatus from neo for a while !

    Is it really worth it? I've never gotten a single reply in the past. All of my mains have been legitish, and I've sent tickets in the past with no success.

    Like I said I must have left some evidence or they wouldn't have iced me. Pretty sure I'm going to take a while out from it though

    maybe the reason you never get replied to fast enough is because in the very bottom there's the BCC add your email to that, I added my email in there and got a reply within an hour it was surprisingly quick just make sure you fill out every single question as much as you can, and they will get back to you, for some stupid reason they send the information TO your neopets account when you get frozen instead of your email, so if you add your email to the BCC it will also send it to your email. Or atleast that is what happened to me @nayfeee

    I'll think about it, and see if I want to send a ticket thanks for the advice. Not really sure I will or not, but either way I think it is a good time to focus on a few other things

    Sent a ticket - how can I view its progress? When I go to my support it asks me to log in, how can I do that if I am iced? If I log with another user it says I am not authorised to see it

    You can't view the progress. TNT never fixed it. You just have to wait for them to email you
