Whenever I try to open neopets, it says
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
etc etc... but it works on Tor and I'm assuming it's working for everyone else. ;_;
I must be IP banned, right? Good thing I'm moving in a couple months. o.O
