Which means it's hard for you to change your name.

Just make a new account and transfer the balance over then verify it.

The only way to change your name is to contact PayPal and send in proof of your name ( Passport, driver's licence etc. )

You can just create a new account under your real name and verify it then.

Best option imo.

I think in order to verify a PayPal account you'll have to link your credit or debit card in it.

Get a bank account/debit card and verify. P:
If you're not old enough to do it yourself, have your parents help you.

There are other ways to do it without either, but you can't put it in your own name and it's not exactly legal.
