Rules:
*Do not make me build on a active account. For some reason people have asked me to do that. It's stupid..
*Do not leave a substantial amount of nps on it. I don't want something happening to the account and me getting blamed.
*Give me time to build it up. Don't ask me every hour if it's done yet. If you are like that don't bother asking for services.
Reasons Why I'm Doing This:
*Looking for something to do on neopets. Might as well make myself useful and help others out
*I require nothing in return. It just gives me something to do.

100-140 Avatars
Few Game Trophies : Cheat, Go Go Go, Cellblock, etc
Build Up Stamps : Depends on how much nps you leave
Build Up Card Collection : Depends on how much nps you leave
Site Themes : 1-2
Games Played : Whatever amount you want
